how to get there Once you are in Asturias, the main road to get to La Seronda is the As-17 (Avilés-Puerto de Tarna), and the road C-254 (Infiesto-Campo de Caso). This last road enables you to get to Campo de Caso from the locality of Piloña, but it is in worst condition than the first road mentioned above, though the scenery is worth seeing. There is also a regular bus service that takes you to Oviedo, the bus company is Alcotán (Teléfono 902 104 001). You can also get to La Seronda if you start off your holidays in León; you would need to depart from Puente Villarente, passing through Boñar and taking the road LE-331 (Embalse El Porma, Puebla de Lillo, Cofiñal) ; from here you get to the Puerto de Tarna and finish off in the Redes Natural Park (Municipality of Caso). If you are in León, you can also start your journey in Riaño, taking the road C-635, passing through Berón, Lario and Acebedo, and finally getting to the Puerto de Tarna, where you need to take the road AS-17 that goes to Campo de Caso, where you join the C-254 that takes you to Bueres. |
